The Galileo rotation

Why rotation
changes the game

Full sphere rotation delivers even lees resuspension throughout the tank. It replaces punch-downs, pump-overs and manual lees stirring (bâtonnage).

No need to open the tank. No pump. The wine’s exposure to oxygen is kept to a minimum.

Greater richness, greater volume, without sacrificing tension. Rotation amplifies the natural release of mannoproteins and polysaccharides from the lees.

To understand the thermal inertia behind these results, read our technical file.

Prefer winemaking without rotation ?

The fixed tanks G8, G15 and G30 deliver the same thermal properties and micro-oxygenation characteristics, in a static format.
